These are all double walled, which means they have an interior and an exterior wall that are connected at the top to create a thin airspace that prevents the transfer of heat.  You can pour boiling hot water in them or heat water to a boil in them in the microwave and the outside stays cool enough to hold.  Carefull of the thumb dents -they look and feel nice but may touch the interior wall and thus become a hot spot.  These are all sold but I’ve got a whole bunch more awaiting firing.
